Services offered
When treating hospitalised patients, the admitting clinician makes a referral to Perspectives Psychology Group and in turn, one of group’s psychologists then consults with the patient during their hospital admission.
Services offered in this setting include:
- Psychological assessment; 
- Counselling; psychotherapy 
- Risk assessment; 
- Neuropsychological assessment; 
- Family consultations; and 
- Collaborations with the multi-disciplinary team. 
Inpatient services are currently provided at three Southern Suburbs hospitals
Inpatient

Outpatient
We offer a range of services to clients needing psychological support to clients needing psychological support and intervention. This includes seeing clients with or without a comorbid physical condition.
In addition, when a person has been discharged from hospital or has received a medical diagnosis of a physical condition, they may require psychological support to help them adjust and transition to their lives post diagnosis, surgery or admission.
All the above-mentioned are seen as outpatients and the following services are available:
- Counselling/psychotherapy; 
- Psychoeducation; 
- Neuropsychological assessment; and
